3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain one account per user or organization.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing is displayed on the Scout site. Billing occurs monthly or annually via Stripe. For refunds, contact us within 30 days.

5. Acceptable Use

• No scraping or reselling of Scout data.
• No abuse of the API or excessive query volume.
• No illegal or unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

Scout owns the platform. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of Scout is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We provide best-effort uptime and schedule maintenance with notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scout is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
